quick teriyaki salmon

the key to this recipe is the original Japanese barbecue sauce. it’s very good quality and excellent taste. you can use it on anything you like, meats, rice and noodles because it’s perfect for so many recipes, especially salmon.  you can have this teriyaki salmon over a soba noodle salad or rice. it’s sticky, it’s sweet, it’s salty, it’s delicious.

METHOD: the first step here is to place your salmon in a dish and season with sea salt and pepper and pour the sauce over your salmon. rub the salmon in the marinade! get your pan nice and hot over medium heat with a little olive oil. put your salmon skin down first and you lay it out away from you, so it doesn’t splatter towards you. cook for 3 minutes until the salmon looks slightly pink halfway through. turn it over and cook the other side for 3-4 minutes basting with extra sauce.

NOTES: if you want to take this to the next level, let it marinate the night before. you can also add ginger and garlic for additional taste.
